Welcome to Sacred Seeds Summer Camp —
a heart-centered, nature-based herbal and yoga experience for children ages 5–10, rooted in play, mindfulness, and the magic of the garden.
Now entering our 5th beautiful season serving Bay Area families, Sacred Seeds Summer Camp invites your child to move, create, explore, and bloom — all while building friendships and learning from the earth.
WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL EXPERIENCE
At Sacred Seeds Summer Camp, every day is an opportunity for discovery, healing, and joy. The children enjoy:
🧘🏽♀️ Daily kids’ yoga and mindfulness to build emotional balance and body awareness
🌿 Herbal crafting + nature exploration, inspired by ancestral wisdom
🎨 Hands-on plant-based projects to take home and share with pride
🎶 Fun Friday Celebration filled with music, art, games, and laughter

WHO LEADS SACRED SEEDS SUMMER CAMP?
Sacred Seeds Summer Camp is guided by passionate herbalists, yoga enthusiasts, and community educators who bring years of experience into mindful youth programming, trauma-informed care, and nature-based healing. Our mentors hold space for each child’s unique spirit to shine while modeling kindness, curiosity, and cultural respect. Your child is in caring, competent hands at our East Bay summer camp.
