Cleansing Support Groups

I began incorporating cleansing groups into my practice, nearly 7 years ago, to support individuals looking to embark on cleanses in a healthy way. I wanted to demystify the fears around cleansing and inspire personal transformations as I witnessed clients coming back into alignment with their highest selves.

 

As  an experienced cleanser, I began to recognize how cleansing affects our emotional and mental realms of being in addition to the physical. This awakening was pivotal to my understanding as to why it was so critical to offer individuals an intentional  way to incorporate food and herbs, as medicine, into their cleansing protocols in order to keep the body nourished as opposed to stripping it of nutrients, leaving it depleted. 

 

While the practice of cleansing dates back to ancient Egyptian times and is linked to staying healthy and in alignment with the seasons, there are a number of benefits that come out of this practice, including but not limited to:

  • Improved Digestion

  • Mental Clarity

  • Boosting the Immune System

  • Improved Energy Levels

  • Elevation of Personal Vibration

  • Clearer Skin

  • Improved Sleep Quality

  • Weight Loss (If needed, the body naturally knows what to do.)

 

I find the body’s ability to come back into alignment with itself, strengthening its capacity to self-heal, to be the most important benefit by far.
